I had great pleasure to be invited to do introductory training for Scrum and Agile Development at Pexim. I organized the training to be whole day long, and to cover most of Agile Development techniques, with Focus on Scrum. I also covered great deal of User Stories and their usage with Scrum. I had excellent audience, consisting of 14 people, from different departments. They were quite involved in whole training and especially in the exercises. It was especially interesting for me to get their feedback, as Pexim is partner company, with main focus on development of banking software. I hope happy faces of trainees on the photo show how good the training was.
